This old farmhouse is located 6 minutes from the village of Caylus and 4 minutes from the village of Parisot. It consists of a house with swimming pool, two barns on 1.5 hectares of garden, field and woodland.

The house is accessed by a small road leading to a few houses. The house is built in a U-shape. You enter through the kitchen with doors on both sides, at the rear there is a charming covered terrace with beautiful views on the pool and garden. From the kitchen you enter the living room, which is equipped with a wood stove and is divided into two parts by a beautiful arch, the second part is an office.

Then you enter a central hall with: separate toilets, a bathroom with bath and washbasins: and a corridor that leads to the sleeping area. Here are two beautiful bedrooms, each bedroom has a door to the courtyard.

In the hall there is a staircase to the first floor.
On the first floor you reach a landing that leads to a bathroom with toilet, sink and bath. Then there are two more spacious bedrooms with Velux skylights. Currently, these rooms are divided into several parts.

The swimming pool.
About 10 meters from the house is the swimming pool, it has a terrace around and a shed containing the filter system. The pool has an area of 10m x 5m and is equipped with a chlorine filter system.

The two barns are about thirty meters from the house, both are in good structural condition and could be converted into guest houses or gites.
The first barn.
This barn has a nice surface area and currently houses a workshop, the floor of the first floor has been removed but the beams are still in place. There is an awning which is used for the tractor.

Second barn.
The second stable is smaller than the first one and has one floor which is accessible via an internal staircase but also via the garden.

The garden.
The garden is maintained and consists of several plots including a field, a piece of oak forest, a field with fruit trees and a landscaped garden by the pool.
