This room has an entrance at the front of the property giving onto the village green. The “cellier” could be arranged either as another bedroom or a kitchen/living room (all services are available in the room). Next to the “cellier” there is a bedroom with adjacent shower room and toilet. This floor could easily be arranged as a separate “granny annex”. An internal staircase leads to the first floor where there is also another entrance to L1 coming off the covered communal terrace (or bolet). From the kitchen you can either go into the large living room or via a short corridor into the downstairs bathroom and toilet area. The living room has retained the original wooden flooring and also has a beautiful fireplace with woodburning stove identical to the one in L1. This room has access to two terraces. On one side, the bolet via original doors and, on another side, a large (5m x 2m) private terrace overlooking the garden, swimming pool and surrounding countryside via double patio doors. A double bedroom with built in wardrobe completes the accommodation on this floor. The fourth apartment (Logement 4 or maison 3) is in the former stable which forms one side of the sheltered, enclosed courtyard area. The main entrance is off this courtyard and comes into a very large open plan living room/kitchen area. At one end of this there is a dining room/salon with doors to a private west facing terrace. At the other end there is a bathroom and toilet and stairs access to one of the three bedrooms. The other two bedrooms and another bathroom are reached via a second (oak) staircase in the main room.
