Main house

The main house is currently divided into two distinct parts, these two parts are connected together by doors and could, therefore, be completely separated or opened up. The house was built against a hill this means that the first floor has outlets to the garden on the backside.


The first part of the house.

We enter directly into the living room of the house, there is a tiled floor and beams on the ceiling, the living room has a wood stove, the kitchen is open to the living room. From the kitchen, you can access a separate room, currently converted into a bedroom.

Going upstairs we arrive in an office, left of the office is a dressing room with a small and simple bathroom with washbasin, a toilet and a shower, crossing the dressing we arrive in a room with window and exit door to the garden. To the right of the office is a door leading to the large 38m² room connecting the two houses.

On the ground floor are large cellars that are not currently developed.


The second part of the house.

The second house is accessible either through the first house or via the stone staircase outside the house. Going through the stone staircase we arrive in an entrance hall, a door on the left leads to the large room of 38m² and a door on the right leads to the large kitchen/dining room, with insert and access to the large covered terrace. From the kitchen, one can also access a large room currently used as a bedroom. This room has french doors to the garden located at the back of the house. Then a small corridor leads to the separate WC, the bathroom with washbasin and shower and a large room currently unused.

All windows have double glazing and wood joinery.


The dovecot

The dovecote enjoys a beautiful authenticity and a remarkable area for the region, it is 5.66m x 5.66m and has two floors. The first floor has a superb view of the cliffs.


Hangars

At a hundred meters from the houses are two large hangars. One has an area of 400m² and the other 500m².
