This beautiful country house with swimming pool is situated a few km from the small village of Arnac.
The property is reached by a small private road of about 100 meters long.

One enters the house through a small hall with stairs going up to the first floor. On the first floor are the living rooms, namely the spacious living room with French doors to the terrace and outside door to the garden, the kitchen with access to the storeroom; a small study separating the living room from the sitting room; and finally the sitting room.
From the sitting room a corridor leads to two bedrooms and another staircase to the lower floor.

The lower floor comprises a bedroom with double French doors opening onto the garden and enjoying lovely views, a shower room with shower, washbasins and WC, another study, and a bedroom also with French doors opening onto the garden and its shower room with shower, washbasins and WC. There is also a separate WC in the corridor.
There is a storage area and a workshop area under the terrace which is accessed from the living room.
The swimming pool is about 40 metres from the house and is fully fenced and terraced, and also has magnificent views over the valleys. The land is composed of woods as well as meadows, there are many fruit trees.

The location of the house is quite unique, with no close neighbours, in the middle of nature but not far from the amenities.

The train station of Lexos is 5 minutes away (serving Toulouse) and the village of St Antonin is less than 15 minutes away.
