Small house with garden, near Parisot

This house is located a few kilometers from the village of Parisot, it is composed of a small house attached to an open barn, an old stable, a garden and an old bread oven.

To the left of the house is the barn, this barn is not renovated, the roof was renovated a few years ago, to the right of the house is an open shed, here a bathroom with sinks has been fitted and bathtub as well as separate WC.

We arrive at the front door of the house by a stone staircase, we arrive directly in the living room which has an area of approximately 20m², with a fireplace and a staircase to the first floor.

On the first floor is the attic with skylight.
On the ground floor of the house is a bedroom.
Behind the house is a terrace with lovely views over the surrounding countryside. About 50m from the house is an old bread oven.

The land has an area of approximately 800m².
