Village house with river view

This house has 5 levels, a cellar and an attic.

On entering the house, one arrives directly in the living room which is bright and has a pellet stove. There is also a shower room. The ground floor has a surface area of 35m².

Then a staircase leads to the first floor, where the kitchen and dining room are located. This room is very bright with French windows opening onto a balcony.

Going upstairs you reach the second floor where there is a bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet, then two bedrooms.

Then there is an attic which has been converted into a large bedroom. From here you have a beautiful view over the river.

The cellar is accessible from the back of the house and is insulated. The whole house has wooden floors and double glazing.
