Villa B&B and gites in teh valley from Aussat

The villa and gite are build in 1991 on a parcel of 2000 m².

The villa with an entrance hall, that gives also acces to the Chambre d'hôte with private bathroom. In the villa we have a living room 55 m² , three bedrooms and a bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen, outside several  terraces and a garage for two cars, on top of this garage,  there is the gite ( 36 m²) totally independent, with livingroom, open wel fitted kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom, the gite can be used for a family of four.

In the south oriented garden there is a great swimming pool.

 The valley of Aussat is situated in the Pyrenées, 25 km from Foix, a city with a rich history, 120 km from Toulouse where one can visit the Aibus site and la Cité de l'Espace, about the space and the discoery of the universe.The préhistorical cave of Niaux lies 7 kmaway, amongst many other caves fi Lombrives, le grotte de la Vache and many other prehistorical sites and parcs. The nature and mountains invite you to take part in the GR 10 , Grande Randonnée 10 from the Atlantic Ocean to the Mediterranean Sea.
