This small house, ideal for a second home or a "pied à terre", is located a few kilometres from the village of Parisot. This house, divided into two rooms, has a total surface area of just over 40m². There's also a beautiful flat plot of land of just over 7000m².

We enter directly into the living room of 23m² which opens onto the kitchen. There is a pellet stove and a staircase to a small mezzanine, currently used as a spare bedroom, but with a low ceiling. Under the stairs is a storage cupboard. Behind the living room is a spacious bedroom, with direct access to the shower room with shower, WC and washbasin. There is also a door leading to the outside.

All around the house is a nice flat plot of land, partially fenced. The total land area is just over 7000m².

The location of the house is very private. There are no close neighbours.

However, some work is required, especially for conversion into a main residence:

- New individual septic tank needs to be installed.
- Re-roofing of the tiles (the beams are in good condition).
- Double glazing to be installed
- Extensions/expansions will be limited, as the house is in an agricultural zone.
