This single storey house was built in 2011 and is composed of three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a beautiful landscaped garden.
Through the front door is the entrance hall. On the left is a spacious living room with a modern open kitchen. In the living room are sliding French doors to the terraces in front and to the side of the house. The sliding doors are equipped with electric shutters. On the terrace next to the house is a barbecue. A corridor is leading to a large storage room (6.4 m²) which could also be used as an office, three other spacious bedrooms (11.4 m²), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, double washbasin and a separate toilet.
At the end of the corridor is a door who gives access to the garage. This spacious garage covers an area of 24 m². The garage is also used as a laundry room as there is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
