Spacious farm with outbuildings en courtyard.

This farm no longer serves as a farm but as a residence. The house and the outbuildings are situated around a courtyard that is accessible through a gate.
The living area of the farm is on the first floor. Via a stone staircase and a covered terrace, you enter the kitchen / dining room with a wood burning stove. Next to the kitchen is the living room, also with a wood stove and wooden floor. The first bedroom with a simple bathroom is next to the living room.
On the other side of the kitchen is a hall with a bathroom and the second bedroom and the stairs to the attic.
Through the covered balcony you can go to another part of the house. This part is not in use but here are two rooms and a bathroom and a utility room for the washing machine and such.
On the ground floor in the courtyard there are still several cellars and workshops. There are also some wine containers and there is access to the former cowshed. Above this cowshed is the former hayloft with a large shed next to it.
Behind the house there is a meadow that belongs to the house. Here is another outbuilding with sanitary facilities. This serves when family or friends come to camp.
The farm is situated in a wide-open valley with the Aveyron river in the distance. The road to the house is a small road with only local traffic.
St. Antonin Noble Val with the most needed necessities is 12 km away.
