S.W. France: Monumental, modernized farmhouse with direct view on the Pyrenees

The beautiful farmhouse with swimming pool on 0.5 hectares with oak forest is located outside the village center (private, not isolated). The house has downstairs a lounge and dining room (both 30-35 m²), bedroom, kitchen, utility room, toilet and bathroom. On the first floor: 2 bedrooms + office. Total living space: 200 m². In the former stable is located an independent apartment (36 m²), with all amenities, and a large garage with attic. House + apartment has central heating (gas) and electric boilers coupled to a solar water heater. Internet, satellite, and TV antenna. Next to Swimming pool (4 x 8 m) are shower room and outdoor kitchen plus shed for storage of garden furniture. In front of the house: large courtyard with several terraces.
