The villa is located in Saint Laurent La Vernède, 12 km from Uzès (Provencal Gard).

New villa (built in 2024) of 3 rooms with private pool of 7 m * 4 m (with safety cover) on a plot of 1,750 m² with a beautiful view over the valley and the landscape and a very beautiful garden decorated with local plants (lavender, olive trees, laurel, ...).

Very spacious terrace, partly covered by a pergola with shade for the afternoon and resting.

Saint Laurent la Vernède is a beautiful village with a castle, a bakery, a mini-supermarket, a café/restaurant and a wine estate.

The terrace is covered by a pergola. The house has internet, air conditioning/heating, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment)....

Uzès (13 km) is a beautiful medieval town, protected by UNESCO. It has a duchy with a rich history and a beautiful palace, perfectly renovated old houses, a museum, concerts, performances, galleries, antique shops, restaurants, terraces, boutiques, pedestrian streets and a famous Provencal market.

Saint Quentin La Poterie (7 km) is known for its potters and has attractive pedestrian streets, bars and restaurants, a small supermarket, a medical center, bakers, a butcher and a pleasant Provencal market.

Pont du Gard and the Gardon river (26 km), Avignon and Nîmes (40 km), Goudargues and the Cèze valley (16 km), the Ardèche (35 km), Anduze (50 km). In 1h30 you drive to the sea (Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, Grau du Roi) via the Camargue. Provence is 50 km away.

Lussan is a beautiful medieval village on a hill with breathtaking views. It houses the ceramics studio “Les Pintades de Lussan” and has cozy bars and restaurants.
