Each holiday home can accommodate 6 people.
The modern houses are divided into a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen (with microwave and dishwasher), 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with shower and 2 sinks. Tv-Vlaanderen digital with all Dutch-language channels.
The houses are sold fully furnished. Since everything remains in the house, it is therefore possible to let it immediately. Furniture and all interior in very good condition!
The ground area per holiday home is +/- 75 m²
There is a very nice garden with automatic irrigation, a heated and tiled pool of 5 x 11m with easy entry for the elderly and children.
The entire pool installation, irrigation system and all necessary controls are brand new and just in use!
The toilets can be switched to water from a private well.
For the irrigation of the garden, the (new) washing machine and the swimming pool water, use can also be made of this (free) water. Furthermore, the toilets of the holiday homes are also linked to this.
There are photos of all buildings and pipes.
At the front of the site there is also a possibility to build a relaxation room, studio or caretaker's house with a ground surface of 50 m². There is a building permit for this! There is no construction obligation.
These holiday homes are very well let.
