Lovely starter house in small village near Auch

This cute house is sandwiched between the garage that belongs to the house and the neighbor's house. The village is not far from Auch, the capital of the Gers.
In front of the house is a nice terrace and the rest of the garden is more or less cascading because of the height difference. There is a direct entrance to the adjacent garage and of course the garage is also accessible from the street side (one-way traffic, although you can't actually speak of traffic.).
