Village house with river access.

This village house is located in the medieval center of St Antonin Noble Val, on the banks of the river.
This house offers beautiful views of the river and the village and is made up of 4 levels and has a terrace directly overlooking the river.
You enter directly into the stairwell leading to a large vaulted room with a small summer kitchen, this room has a door to the terrace with access to the river.
On the first floor is then a bedroom with bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, annexed is another room currently used as an office.
On the second floor is a bedroom with superb views over the river and a bathroom with bath, toilet and sink.
On the third floor is the living room with the kitchen and the sitting area, large windows offer beautiful views of the river, the village and the rock of Anglars. The beams have been completely redone on this floor.
The whole house was renovated a few years ago.
