The houses are sold fully furnished, the maintenance of both the garden and the houses is arranged by a Dutch-speaking resident caretaker and if you wish to rent out the house, this can be managed by the same person. This way you don't have to worry about the key transfer, final inspection and cleaning!
Each home measures approximately 85m² on 2 levels and enjoys a private terrace. The homes are sold fully furnished and ready to use.

Rustic: 3 bedrooms with shower rooms and a spacious mezzanine (4th room)
Modern: 2 bedrooms (including 1 spacious dormitory), 1 shower room, 1 bathroom. These homes have been completely renovated to modern standards in recent years.
We also have a number of shell homes on offer, these are completely finished outside, wind and waterproof, with electricity and water connections, and the inside can be fully furnished according to your wishes.
The domain is within walking distance (1 km) of Lacapelle-Marival, one of the 172 labeled "Plus beaux villages de France" (ed.: most beautiful villages in France), with all possible basic facilities such as a doctor, shop, bakery,... The village is located on the Cahors - Aurillac axis, near Figeac in the Lot, a green, hilly area, 30 minutes from the A20 motorway.
