Designing this small residence for 12 privileged residences as an environment for the well-being of selected residents was a real recreation , giving this project a contemporary and refined architecture, a real pleasure.The volume is shaped to release the floor by a fine concrete structure, underlined by cylindrical metal bars assembled differently according to its use, close to the use of the main terraces, placed on the facades to soften the solar radiation while the view, normally on the cover to allow the future installation of a canopy in protective fabric.The choice of material supports the volume and the white chosen as the emblem from the Mediterranean comes in different textures, matte and granite for the plasterwork dark on the facades, satin for the fine structures, iridescent on the mosaics and glossy on the lacquered aluminum. If volumetric composition is important, resident well-being is essential to fuel the project. Offering quality living space is the basis of our thinking.
