Village house to renovate

This house is located in a small hamlet a few km from Varen and Saint Antonin Noble Val, it consists of a beautiful house to renovate, and two storage huts behind the house.

One enters the house through a central hall with the stairwell, to the right was once the kitchen and the kitchen, to the right of the hall was the living room.
Upstairs, the landing leads to two spacious bedrooms, each bedroom has two windows, one to the front and one to the back.

On the landing a fixed staircase leads to the attic.
At the back of the house, there is a private courtyard not belonging to the house but benefiting from a right of way for access to the two storage sheds.

A few steps from the house is a train station with direct connection to Toulouse and Aurillac.
