Located close to the market, towncastle, the river, the fountain of Fontestorbes, the center and its bakery, pharmacy, post office and butcher.  
Positioned in the middle of the tourist sites. Alwell in the center of the old Cathar path.

The house is renovated and could accommodate a family of 4 persons.

On the ground floor a dining kitchen of 16 m² with next to it a laundry room + toilet + wash table, 5 m².

On the 1st floor accessible by a beautiful staircase there is a living room of 18 m² and an office area with storage space of 4 m². The fiber connection is present.

On the 2nd floor: a beautiful bedroom 16 m² with bathroom toilet included 4 m².

On the 3rd floor: a beautiful bedroom 18 m2 with shower room toilet included 4 m².  The skylights give the room a beautiful luminosity during the day and starry nights.

A beautiful wooden staircase gives access to the 3 levels.  The village house does not have a garden.  A small space between the houses, gives each room-bathroom-optimal ventilation. The windows on this side are double glazed.  Those on the front are single glazed.

This property is very coosy.  Can be sold with furniture.  There is an alarm protection.
