This house has been recently renovated. Originally this house consists of two houses. The front house and the back house. The house at the front has been renovated and has on the ground floor a kitchen with dining room, separate toilet and staircase to the first floor. On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with a bathroom. Here is a shower, a sink and a toilet.
Above the bedroom there is a roof terrace under the roof. From here one has a beautiful view over the river and the bridge. The roof terrace is accessible through the back house.
The secret annex is currently being renovated. This section consists of two large areas and a mezzanine. This section also has its own side entrance and a rear entrance to a garden. The house still has a large plot, but this lies against a steep hill.
