Beautiful partially renovated village house.

This village house is located in the center of the small village of Puylagarde, it is spacious and benefits from a terrace on the first floor, the windows have been replaced on the front facade by wooden windows with double glazing.

This building was once the village bar, you enter a spacious room with wooden double-glazed French windows overlooking the street.

To the left of the entrance there is another room also with wooden double glazed French doors.
At the back of these two rooms, there is a room formerly the dining room and a storage room, then there is the old kitchen, here is a deep natural stone well (containing water).

A wooden staircase goes up to the first floor. A corridor leads to a first bedroom with a small outdoor terrace. A second bedroom with fireplace. A third bedroom.
And a fourth bedroom with fireplace. There is also a bathroom as well as a large closet.

A staircase goes up to the attic, the attic has a nice high ceiling and could accommodate. This village house has a nice area, the works have been started but have never been finished.
There is no central heating system.
